Terms of Service
Corpus is an internal knowledge service. Access is granted by invitation, not by signup.
These terms govern your use of Corpus and of this website. By signing in, or by using an issued API token, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
1. What Corpus is
Corpus ingests company documents, indexes them for search, extracts structured facts about clients, projects, and people, and serves the result to authorized operators and systems. It is operated for internal company use and is not a public product.
2. Who may use it
Access is limited to people whose Google account belongs to the permitted Google Workspace domain, and to systems holding an individually issued API token. There is no public registration.
Your credentials and tokens are yours alone. Do not share them, do not let anyone else use your account, and do not use anyone else's. Tell us promptly if you believe a credential or token has been exposed.
3. Acceptable use
Use Corpus for authorized company work. You may not:
- Export, publish, or pass on the material Corpus holds to anyone not entitled to see it.
- Work around access controls, rate limits, or the scope of a token issued to you.
- Bulk-extract the corpus by scraping or by automated means beyond what your token permits.
- Probe, attack, or attempt to disrupt the service, or reverse engineer it except where the law expressly allows.
- Use the service unlawfully, or in a way that puts the company in breach of an obligation to a client.
4. Confidentiality
Corpus holds internal company material, including information about clients and their projects. Treat everything you see through the service as confidential. Handle it under the confidentiality obligations in your employment or engagement agreement. Those obligations do not end when your access does.
5. Accuracy
Search results and extracted facts carry a reference to the document they came from. Extraction is nonetheless automated and can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date, and a proposed entity is not a confirmed one. Check the source document before you rely on anything material. Nothing Corpus returns is legal, financial, or professional advice.
6. Availability
There is no uptime commitment. Corpus may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, and features may change or be withdrawn at any time without notice.
7. No warranty
Corpus is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, nor for lost profits, lost revenue, or loss or corruption of data, arising from your use of Corpus.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access at any time, with or without notice, including when you leave the company, when your role no longer requires access, or when these terms are breached. Tokens may be revoked individually. On termination you must stop using the service and delete any material you have taken from it.
10. Fees
Corpus is provided to authorized users at no charge. It is not sold, and no payment is ever requested through this site.
11. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
12. Changes to these terms
Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use Corpus after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
